Manufacturer’s Warranty

All Firestone and Bridgestone tyres come with a manufacturer's warranty that covers workmanship in manufacture on:

·          All New Zealand made tyres for five years from date of manufacture.

·          All imported Bridgestone/Firestone tyres and tubes for five years from date manufacture.

Road Hazard Warranty

Many Bridgestone and Firestone branded tyres bought from Firestone outlets, come with a warranty that includes:

·          Free new tyre maintenance check

·          Free 5,000km tyre maintenance check

·          Free 12,000km tyre maintenance check

·          One free puncture repair (per tyre) and total tyre replacement within the first 12 months or 12,000km, whichever comes first (if the tyre is unable to be repaired)

It's easy to claim. Simply present your Road Hazard Warranty card to the store where you purchased your tyres, or any store in their network. Some terms and conditions apply, they're on the Motormate website.

Motormate

Motormate is a friendly reminder service that lets you know when it's time to renew your car's registration, WOF, and when you're due for your free tyre-safety checks. It's simple to use - and it's totally free!

How does it work?

If you buy a tyre covered by Road Hazard Warranty, you're entitled to register for Motormate. Just make sure you give us your email address when completing your contact details. Reminders will then come straight to your inbox via e-mail. Or you can ask us to send them via text message, if you prefer.
